The twelve apartsuites (45–100 m²) are spread across two buildings, combining timeless, modern design with an architectural style defined by clean lines and natural materials. Your booking becomes binding once we have received a deposit of €300.

Cancellation policy

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 1382 of the Civil Code) there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we offer you the option to cancel under the following conditions:

Cancellations up to 91 days before arrival: free of charge
90 to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total price will be charged
30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged
From 7 days before arrival, as well as in case of late arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price will be charged

Your benefit: In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a transferable voucher for the value of your deposit, valid for three years (excluding peak season). This way, your payment is not lost and you can reschedule your holiday flexibly. A processing fee of €30 applies.

Local tax

The local tax is €3.50 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and over). This tax is not included in the total price and will be charged separately on site.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash (up to €5,000).

Dogs

We love animals and even have a dog ourselves, so we’re happy to welcome yours on request. For the comfort of guests with allergies, dogs can only be accommodated in first-floor apartments. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a dog so that we can reserve a suitable apartment for you. There is an additional charge of €25 per night (excluding food). We provide a water bowl and waste bags.
Please note that the terraces and the garden are not intended as dog toilets. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find meadows and forests where your dog will enjoy exploring much more.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and all other indoor areas.

ViewLocation

Green. Central.

The prime location right next to the Haunold slope and valley station is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. At the same time, it’s the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain biking and road cycling tours in the Dolomites.

If you arrive by car, a parking space is available right at the lodge, but during your stay you can easily leave it behind. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away and the train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. This makes trips by public transport to Bruneck/Brunico, Pragser Wildsee Lake or the Kreuzberg pass easy and convenient.
The lively center of Innichen, with its pedestrian zone, shops and a pharmacy, is only a five-minute walk away.
You’re right in the middle of it all, yet surrounded by nature.

Start your holiday mornings the easy way: on request, we’ll deliver a breakfast basket filled with crusty bread from the local bakery, regional specialties and sweet treats straight to your apartment door. Or, if you prefer, enjoy breakfast next door at the Kersh Restaurant Bar.

Open all day, the restaurant also offers homemade ice cream, cakes, snacks and warm dishes until 3:30 pm. The menu combines authentic South Tyrolean classics with modern alpine cuisine, freshly prepared and served with care. In the evening, the Honesty Bar in the Base Camp lounge is available 24/7 whenever you’re in the mood for a drink. Culinary experiences made easy – no fuss, just great taste and the freedom to indulge anytime.

Mount Haunold, part of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort, offers well-groomed slopes for all levels, weekly night skiing, a toboggan run and winter hiking trails. While the little ones learn to ski in a playful way at “Haunyland” with the ski school San Candido Innichen, you can relax on the terrace of the Kersh Restaurant Bar with a coffee and croissant, soaking up the winter sun. And if you’re looking for even more adventure, the free ski bus will take you straight to the ski areas of Helm in Vierschach/Versciaco or Rotwand in Sexten/Sesto.

During the quieter months, the holiday region 3 Zinnen Dolomites reveals a very special charm. Road cyclists can enjoy long tours through the Pustertal Valley, along the Drau cycle path to Lienz or up to Lake Misurina. Mountain bikers will discover a wealth of routes – from gentle rides to technically challenging trails such as the legendary “Stoneman.” And in between, peaceful hiking trails with sweeping views invite you to slow down, always accompanied by the spectacular Dolomite panorama.

The Kersh ski rental with depot makes your ski holiday in Innichen especially convenient. As a guest, you can rent your equipment at discounted rates and store it free of charge. Perfectly tuned skis await you on site and after just a few steps, you’ll be on the slope. Clip in and off you go!

In summer, the well-kept garden turns into a little paradise. Play a round of mini golf surrounded by fragrant flowers and green meadows – with our curious goats even watching your swing. Two ping-pong tables and a small playground with a play tower and a sandbox complete the fun. Afterwards, unwind in the sun or in the shade of old trees while taking in the view of Mount Haunold.
